BENJAMIN STARLING is a new musical about growing up, coping with family conflicts, and finding a place in the world. The story follows Jamie, an 11-year-old girl living with her mom and her little brother Tommy; on the weekends, Jamie and Tommy play in the park with their dad. There they make up stories about the boy who is almost, but never quite, a bird: Benjamin Starling. As Benjamin struggles to exist as both a bird and a boy, Jamie begins to face difficult truths about her family and herself. Join us for this touching and entertaining story about the search for security, love, and a sense of home.
